Praesters are a magical breed of asp that originated in Medieval Europe, but has now spread around the world.
Appearance[]
Praesters are magical beasts that look similar to mundane snakes, however, they are mostly a light bluish-gray color, the color of steam.
Behavior[]
Despite their appearance, praesters, for all intents and purposes, behave much like their mundane cousins.
Powers[]
- Snake physiology: Praesters possess the main powers and abiities of snakes (basically look at the amphisbaena page, but without the extra head powers).
- Steam breath: Praesters possess the ability to exhale clouds of scalding hot steam.
- Steamy venom: Praesters possess venom that not only burns when injected, but turns to steam/hot air when it enters, which, if left untreated, will basically inflate the victim like a balloon, lift them into the air, and eventually make them explode.
