Mome Raths are a species of porcine creature that originates in Wonderland.
Appearance[]
Mome Raths appear almost identical to mundane pigs, however, there seems to be some strange features that belie their Wonderlandian origin. For example, they have ears that are much larger than mundane pigs. They also have strange, hedgehog-like quills on their backs. Finally, and most strikingly, their skin seems to be a bright, grassy green color.
Behavior[]
Other than their strange appearance, mome raths appear to behave like mundane pigs. Females may live together in groups, while males tend to be solitary outside of mating season. During mating season, males will fight over females, and the winner will stay with the group of females until mating season is over. Females will give birth to 4-6 young on average. Mome raths tend to communicate using a strange combination of noises, somewhere between bellowing, sneezing, and whistling.

- Enhanced speed: Mome raths are able to move with extreme physical speed.
- Enhanced strength: Mome raths are able to exert a great amount of strength from their muscles.
- Expanded view: Mome raths have greatly expanded views, however, are only able to see behind them if they turn their heads.
- Needle protrusion: Mome raths are able to use the quills on their bodies as powerful defense mechanisms.
- Spherical form: Mome raths are able to roll themselves into a sphere-like form.
- Hooves: Mome raths are able to use their hooves as powerful natural weapons.
- Charge: Mome raths are able to charge in a linear direction with immense destructive force.
