Jackalopes are a species of very magical antlered/horned leporid beasts that originate from Western North American, but now spread around the worldwide.
Appearance[]
The appearance of a jackalope is mostly reminiscent of a jackrabbit, also known as a hare or a rabbit. However, the one thing that separates the jackalope from the mundane jackrabbit are the pronged, antelope-like antlers or horns growing from their scalps. Male antlers/horns are slightly bigger than females, and the kits lack full antlers/horns, however, they do have small bumps on their heads where the antlers or horns will sprout later in life.
Behavior[]
Jackalopes are rather skittish, just like their hare relatives, however, they will attack with their horns when provoked, cornered, or protecting the kits. Jackalopes, just like hares and rabbits, are extremely fertile, but they can have up to 20 kits in a litter at once. It is hard to catch a jackalope, however, if one wants to make friends with one, the best thing to do is lure it in with it's drink of choice, whiskey. Also, jackalope milk is said to be a cure-all when consumed, however, unless one is specially trained, milking a jackalope is a rather risky business. Jackalope milk is also said to be the worst milk anyone could ever have if these extraordinary creatures were real. Also there is supposedly 9.5 risk of getting antlers from drinking this strange milk.

- Enhanced smell: Jackalopes are able to detect certain beasts, beings, objects, places, substances, etc., locate their origins, and even track, using nothing but their sense of smell.
- Enhanced speed: Jackalopes are able to move at extraordinary physical speed.
- Enhanced stealth: Jackalopes possess extraordinarily skillful expertise in the various ways and techniques of stealth.
- Horns/antlers: Jackalopes are able to use their horns or antlers as devastating weapons.
- Voice manipulation: Jackalopes are able to manipulate their human-voices to speak and sing as they wish.
- Burrowing: Because they are apart of the Leporidae family, they can burrow underground.

- Whiskey: Jackalopes are easily lured into traps when one sets out a cup of whiskey, their drink of choice.
