Grulvaxes (also known in plural as Grulvakers) are beings that distantly related to minotaurs, but have spread pretty much worldwide now.
Appearance[]
Grulvaxes, basically are half-human, half-pug. They usually have a pug head, a muscular, human-like body, with five-fingered hands and four-toed feet. Pug eyes, legs, paws, and curled tails, and fur on most of their bodies that range in different, pug-esque colors.
Behavior[]
Almost like minotaurs and behavior-wise, grulvakers are tend to be similar to orcs, being a proud and militaristic race with a large honor system. The male members of the species are trained to be soldiers/warriors, and the females are trained to be the stay-at-home wives and mothers, keeping house, cooking, and, when the time comes, teaching the pups their ways and lore.

- Enhanced agility: Grulvaxes are able to go from one movement to another effortlessly, allowing them to effectively dodge attacks, do backflips, swing from things, and numerous other athletic, gymnastic, and martial impliments with little effort.
- Enhanced archery: Grulvaxes are extremely proficient at archery.
- Enhanced bite: Grulvaxes, due to their pug jaws, teeth, and muscles, have an extraordinarily powerful bite.
- Enhanced durability: Grulvaxes are able to sustain numerous blows of internal or external assaults.
- Enhanced endurance: Grulvaxes are able to operate with little to no energy for an extended amount of time.
- Enhanced hearing: Grulvaxes have ears that can pick up sounds with amazing clairity, at great distances, and sometimes at frequencies that no normal mortal can hear.
- Enhanced intelligence: Grulvaxes possess intelligence genius level.
- Enhanced lung capacity: Grulvaxes possess tremendous lung capacity and are able to use oxygen more efficiently than others while staying active.
- Enhanced memory: Grulvaxes are able to remember and recall experiences and events inhumanly well after minuscule degrees of experience.
- Enhanced reflexes: Grulvaxes have drastically enhanced reaction speed, allowing them to dodge magical attacks, catch falling objects, and react instantaneously to things that would take others more time to react.
- Enhanced jump: Grulvaxes can achieve rocket-like jumps, while having hassle-free landings.
- Enhanced smell: Grulvaxes, due to their dog-like noses, are able to detect specific persons, objects, or even places, track them down, and locate their origins with just their sense of smell.
- Enhanced stamina: Grulvaxes are able to function for long periods of time without tiring or straining themselves.
- Enhanced strength: Grulvaxes are able to exert a great amount of strength from their muscles.
- Charging: Grulvaxes are able to charge in a linear direction with immense destructive force.
- Compass sense: Grulvaxes, due to their ancestors usually being stuck in labyrinths and mazes, have developed a sixth sense where they can sense directions like a living compass.
- Cold immunity: Grulvaxes are innately immune to the effects of cold.
- Enhanced swordsmanship: Grulvaxes are highly proficient in the ways of using swords.
- Enhanced vision: Grulvaxes have vision that allow them to see with amazing clarity, distance, detail, etc.
- Night vision: Grulvaxes are innately able to see clearly and with great detail in low-light conditions, or even complete darkness.
- Pug communication: Grulvaxes are able to communicate with fellow pugs, whether mundane or magical.
Weaknesses[]
- Brachycephaly: Grulvaxes, due to their short muzzles, cannot restrict airways, causing wheezing, panting, and breathing difficulties, making them prone to overheating and respiratory issues.
